Hey then I'm hither with the same consequence .I had 3 other friends effort to use their costless 30 day Realm trial and none of them could.  We are all met with the same prompt .Would be really overnice to accept because we are because playing long term, but aren't settled on the idea of paying for a Realm.  We came to the conclusion that we would try it to encounter if it'southward even worth information technology vs.us just scheduling a time we can all play so that manner we don't accept to pay annihilation.  Merely we can't even do that.  Can this be fixed?

Edit:  Just to meet if information technology would work, I tried purchasing a 2-Histrion Realm and that didn't even work. I literally tin't buy a Realm.

Mojang hasn't announced an issue with Realms since March .

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for advice on how to handle this issue.

I can sympathise how not being able get a realm started could be frustrating.

This more than probable would be due to the Xbox Live Service outage that our services are currently experiencing. Though our engineers are enlightened  of the situation and currently working on information technology, there is no expected fourth dimension of resolution at the moment, although it's best for you to keep updated at our Xbox Live Status page.

I am trying to purchase a xxx day realm only when i press to but it a message pops up amd it says somthing went incorrect we were unable yo complete your buy perhaps check youe internet connectedness but my cyberspace is fine i tin can play online and download things is in that location any fixes for this because i want to offset upward a realm.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for help with this.

As stated before, several of our customers are experiencing like issues due to the Service Alert.

In the mean time, currently the only thing that can exist done is to wait for the service alarm with Minecraft to be resolved on our end.

After multiple tries, my online friends and I are still recieving the aforementioned prompt when attempting to purchase either kind of realm on Xbox One: "Unable to connect to Realms and complete your purchase at this fourth dimension. Please try once again after." Is this event unrelated? How's that service prepare going?
